Temaspart HS-SC 80

A two-component, fast-drying high build direct-to-metal high gloss polyaspartic paint, hardener aliphatic isocyanate.

• Maximises production throughput at normal room temperature conditions without the need for forced drying at higher temperatures. This results in lower energy costs in painting facilities. Drying time is significantly shortened by elevating relative humidity, which is much more cost-efficient than increasing temperature. • Has been specially developed to be used as a direct-to-metal paint. The product adheres extremely well to the blasted surface and forms a tight, scratch resistant protective paint film. Accelerated corrosion tests have proven that the product is a perfect solution for prolonging the service life of agricultural, construction and earth-moving machinery even in higher corrosive environments. • As a high-solids, VOC-compliant product, Temaspart HS-SC 80 meets the ever-growing environmental demands. Using Temaspart HS-SC 80 instead of conventional primer-topcoat systems will result in a remarkable reduction in solvent emissions. Temaspart HS-SC 80 has less environmental impact than traditional solvent-borne paints. • Provides the best balance between sag resistance and levelling. Due to its high film-building properties, Temaspart HS-SC 80 can be applied in a thick layer in one pass, which enables shorter application process. • Excellent weathering and abrasion resistance. A durable, easy-to-clean and non-chalking paint with excellent gloss and color retention.
